The One Utah Summit is Gov. Cox's bi-annual business conference. It's held every spring in Northern Utah and every fall in Southern Utah at Southern Utah University.

The One Utah Summit fall 2021 event marked the 34^th anniversary of the Utah Rural Summit as the premier gathering place for convening Utah’s top leaders and decision-makers to discuss rural Utah’s challenges and opportunities.

The summit lasted for three days of informative, fun-filled activities, and networking opportunities.
